Yes!

If you read the comments for my last post you will understand what these pictures are.

Jerremy took my to a very special place (the bottom of a volcano - it is a long story) and told me to read the last comment on my blog immediately.

In it, he asked me a very special question. As I finished reading, my heart raced. When I turned back to my SL screen, he was on one knee. When I gave him the answer he was looking for, he showed me the secret building project that he spoke about in his Man Behind the Goatee interview. This is that build:

If you will recall, periwinkle is my favorite color. This ring is perfect and beautiful and is just gorgeous on my hand.

Jerremy gave me the most perfect, most beautiful proposal any woman has ever had. It was an absolute surprise and just perfect for a blogger.
I am the luckiest woman in Second Life because Jerremy is in my life. I love him more than I could ever express properly. And I am so excited that I will get to be his SL wife.

  7. Thank you all!!! I am still a bit shocked and I cannot stop smiling!! I do love him so much. It was a total and utter surprise, too - I thought we were just going to go kitchen fixture shopping yesterday evening! I could not understand why Jerremy was so intent on knowing when I was going to post his interview. I chalked it up to him being excited to see shirtless photos of himself on my blog. Who knew?

  8. That was my first attempt at making a ring. It was all done from scratch using tiny prims. If anyone is interested here is one place to get started http://www.mermaiddiaries.com/2007/05/day-223-creating-jewelry-part-3.html. It is a platinum band with a large Periwinkle sapphire, surrounded by several blue and clear diamonds. The Periwinkle sapphires are extremely rare, I had to mine that one from the volcano ;-)

Tymmerie, you have made me the happiest man in Second Life. I love you.

  13. I know this comment is a bit late but I did want to acknowledge all of your comment and kind words!! Thank you each and every one of you! Jerremy and I are thinking of having an early June wedding and are getting ready to make each others' wedding rings. We actually met when he was looking at some land that was for sale next door, saw my green dot on the map and IM'd me to ask what the neighborhood was like. I had a mad crush on him by the end of that first conversation. So, you never know when love will strike!
