Hi! it is time for a Thursday Happy from me! And what a great day it will be, too!
Today is our anniversary party! Jerremy and I celebrated our anniversary properly and romantically on the actual day -- July 26th. We danced on the beach and then he gave me my gift. The way he gave me my gift was awesome. He had me do a scavenger hunt with clues that took me back and forth between our home sim and Starting Point. My present was hidden on the roof of our house.
What was my present? Well, it is my Happy for today! Miniature chairs!
Jerremy made me a little collection of them! This seems odd until I tell you that my typist collects miniature chairs in RL. I adore them and think they are the cutest things ever. I am going to add to my in-world collection at every opportunity. My typist has been collecting them for years and has some from all over the world in all shapes and sizes. I am thrilled that I get to take the hobby in-world, too.
I had been slipping Jerremy some small gifts earlier. The bigger things I got him? I made the mistake of wrapping them in boxes. It will take us days...perhaps weeks to locate them in Jerremy's crazy inventory folder.

ReplyDeleteMiniature chairs are awesome. RL and SL. I remember my brother buying a blindbox chair for my mom for one of the gift-giving holidays. And I remember being intensely jealous when it turned out to be a white Bauhaus chair.
