Hue-mongous!

I made an early visit to the I <3 Originals fair that will start tomorrow (Monday, February 8th through February 14th).  There are a lot of gifts and free items for visitors, so be sure to check it out.

While there, I stumbled onto a new-to-me shop called Hue Are You (main store here). There are some pajamas, art, lights, pillows and giant crayons to buy there. Truth be told I am a sucker for giant crayons. (I am a sucker for any types of crayons and my typist would probably astonish you with her collection. Luckily, she has small nieces to use a a cover for her addiction to them.)
Anyhoo, I just have to decide which ones I am going to buy and then where in the hay I am going to put them. Probably my office. If I do that, I'll get a bunch of colors so that it looks purposeful and artsy, rather than random.

ZOMG - and see this couch? Cute, huh? But it wasn't for sale and I can't locate a shop, if the creator has one. If I had my druthers, every single thing in SL shops would be for sale -- furniture, art, lighting, rugs, etc. It would save me so much time. I noticed that you can buy the furniture in Fri.day and at ETD (And hey now! It looks suspiciously similar. But I digress.)

Of course, if more shop owners made it easier for me to make impulse purchases, my inventory would be....humongous!

ETA: I talked to Hue Are You designer, Zinnia Zauber, who specializes in color theory - so cool! She said those particular couches were not for sale, but that she was going to soon be making her own to sell. I'll be keeping an eye out!

Tymmerie!

Thank you for visiting my spot at the I <3 Originals Fair! I am glad you liked the "create crayons". I have used them for Photoshop lessons for my students since 1998. Yes, the sofas are not for sale, they were just a way to show off my weaving in the pillows, which are for sale. I hand dye and hand weave my own fabrics for apparel and art in the physical world then share the fabric in SL.

Thank you for your support of hue are you? and the creative efforts in SL! http://slurl.com/secondlife/Brauni/180/0/22/
